I have always thought of Zino Davidoff cologne as outstanding. Lots of memories attached to it as well. I have had my bottle for many years. It's nice to wear it from time to time. Brings me back in time. I am surprised that it's not more expensive. I did wear this in the eighties. To me, its not dated. One of a kind scent for the gentleman. Totally different than anything else I have ever worn and for me that's important. Lotta originality attached to this scent. One of a kind.

I have this and hugo boss just different, their naming is so confusing especially their bottle design the name of the fragrance isnt anywhere on the bottle it will just say HUGO then hugo boss under it and on the bottom I couldnt see which one it was. But back to this review yes I got the fragerence yesterday and for the price It preforms quite well but I think all hugo boss frags typically do. I knew this smell was familiar but you hit it on the head its 100% that fresh barbershop smell of like hair products but a fresher version its super nice and clean smelling

Thank you for the honest, unbiased review. I had read some blog user comments out there, and I found many of those can get a bit harsh in their opinions and judgments... beating it up and taking its lunch money. Like you point out...at this price point is not bad and more than 3/4 of the way to match Sedley ( which I personally can not justify the price to pay). I compared the note breakdown on a few sites, and on paper, it's very close. Based on your review, I'll try a blind buy on this one. Thanks!!

I'll be honest, I was looking for something for my wife as a Mother's day fragrance, I gave a couple of things a test for myself as well. I left with YSL Myslf and Gucci Guilty Elixir de Parfum Pour Femme. A few weeks ago, I picked up Guilty Elixir de Parfum Pour Homme and really liked it, so I figured pick up the same for my wife. I'm really liking this YSL Myslf. It's like an "Aquatic Clay". I guess that Ambrofix has a powdery texture to it, because it's similar to the Guilty Elixir which also has Ambrofix, but man, these are really good fragrances. So wearable. ❤❤
